Hmm... Well I wish I woulda known that. I used to have 8.0 gallente faction standing,. Down to 6.0 but I have 9.97 for the Federation navy and I have never seen a single bpc yet. Maybe Im just missing out on somthin.

I did the Gallente version of that important mission and got a +4 memory. So, its just luck o da draw. I've had to do basically angel blob u to death mission for crap before, so it goes around.

I did a 4/10 serp complex solo in a wolf. Took me about 2 hours. Im a vet, 1 month old may have problems doing it solo in cruiser. But its doable.
